You breathe in an alert state of mind as you inhale. You take normal precautions when appropriate.
You have energy within yourself, feel your vitality. Seek the energy

feel your vitality. Your will power is strong and growing stronger. You
control your actions. You control your life. You possess the power of
choice. You set your mind and control your behavior. Your will power is
strong and you are in control. You are able to control how you feel and thus
your behavior through the use of you breathing. You breathe out negative as
you exhale and breathe in positive as you inhale. You breathe out negative
thoughts, feelings and temptations as you exhale. You breathe in an inner

enters your awareness and you say no and turn your attention away. You are able to enter a power nap
entirely on your own, easily and reliably. To do so you think how long you
want to nap and then slowly count, in your mind, from 0 to 20. With each
count you go a bit deeper into a power
nap. At, or before, 20 in the count you are in a restful nap. While
you nap your subconscious mind rejuvenates your brainpower. Your
subconscious mind will awaken you when you wish. By turning everything over
to your subconscious mind that might keep you awake, you easily and quickly
drift into a deep, sound and restful power
nap. You awakening when you should, feeling refreshed, full of energy
and with powerful brainpower. This skill for power
